The National Weather Service recognized the Village of Baldwin Treatment Plant staff for partnering with them for over 50 years in recording daily weather observations for the climate record. Paige Marten (left) and Michelle Margraf (middle) from the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities presented the award to Gary Newton (right) of the Treatment Plant. The Treatment Plant started observations on March 1, 1971.
