BALDWIN—The monthly meeting of the Botany Belles & Beaus Garden Club will be held Thursday, March 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Baldwin Town Hall (2399 90th Ave., Baldwin). Beginning in November, parts of the forest located in Michoacan and Estado de Mexico is covered with colonies of monarch butterflies.  It is a sight to see for anyone who is fascinated by the monarch miracle.   Debby Walters has been fortunate to make this trip twice and to stand in awe as millions of monarchs hang in clusters or flutter past.  She will share pictures of her trip (not that they do it justice) and some of what she has learned about their wintering sites and the importance of Mexico, the United States and Canada working together to strengthen this migration. The public is invited to attend the program and check the club out. If you have any questions, please call: 715-698-2981.
